🛑 Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

• Returns/Exchanges are applicable on select products only (check product page).
• Standard return window: 3 days from delivery 📦
• Items must be:
• Unused, unwashed & unworn 🚫
• In original condition with tags & packaging intact 🏷️
• If reverse pickup is not available, you may need to self-ship the product.
• Return/Exchange shipping charges may apply depending on the case.

💸 Refund Policy

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you ✅
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be issued to:
• Original payment method 💳
• Or as store credit, depending on your preference
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable 🚚

• Customized or made-to-order outfits ✂️
• Items without original tags or packaging ❌
• Products returned after the return window ⏳
